I have relied on Isaac Bensussen for more than twenty-five years. When I first started to invest in Real Estate, I relied on Isaac to find me a little condo to rent out. Because he always found me great locations, my real estate investments kept growing until I was able to buy a very attractive four-plex that Isaac found. That investment allowed me to buy a ten unit apartment building. Although the apartment building worked extremely well for me, I talked with Isaac about wanting more income and a lot less work. He presented me with various options in commercial real estate. I selected a triple net (NNN) property that is corporate guaranteed and has a 20 year lease in place. I now earn more, work less and have almost no expenses beyond the mortgage which is covered by the rent and my monthly income is much better.

Isaac has always been very professional, ethical and extremely patient. For those reasons, I recommended him to my son and to many of my friends. They have been equally pleased.  We met Isaac and Becky when my wife and I were looking to buy a small condominium in La Jolla. Isaac knew of a beautiful unit which had been withdrawn from the market a few days before. He proceded to contact the listing agent and showed it to us. We loved it and Isaac and Becky negotiated a good price for it so we bought it. The price, something like $193,000 back in 1997.

One year later we decided to sell the condo and buy something else closer to the beach. We called Isaac and he showed us a townhome two blocks from Windan Sea beach in La Jolla. Isaac got us a great price for the small condo we were selling and also negotiated a very good price for the townhome we were buying.

A few years later we decided to move to Los Angeles. We rented there for a while and asked Isaac to rent out our townhome at the beach. After a few months and going through open houses every Sunday we saw a small house in West Hollywood that we loved. We asked Isaac to come to Los Angeles and take a look at the house and advise us if it was a good buy. Isaac saw the house, checked the comps and told us that if we could get the house for $875,000 it would be a good investment. Isaac wrote the offer, presented it to the owner and the owner accepted the price and terms. In the meantime, Isaac got us a very good price on the townhome at the beach so we used the proceeds to buy the West Hollywood home.

We were happy at the West Hollywood house but we had our plans to move as soon as we could to Beverly Hills. We looked for a few months at Beverly Hills homes at open houses. We found one that we liked a lot in the middle of a very heated Seller's market. The home had two other offers. We do not know how Isaac got the offer accepted but we got the house. We have been living in the Beverly Hill's house for a few years now. When we are ready to move up again, we will definitely call Isaac again.

My daughter Manijeh highly reccomended Isaac Bensussen as a very knowledgeable realtor that had been in the real estate business for a long time, selling La Jolla and University City. At that time, I was living in a beautiful townhome in a fairly new project in Uinversity City. I bought the town home directly from the developer but since I did not drive, I wanted to buy a home in La Jolla walking distance from my business.

I asked Isaac if he could sell the town home for a good price and we made an appointment so he could see it.  He saw the town home and reassured me that my property was prime property and he could get top value. I trusted him and I decided to put my town home for sale with Isaac Bensussen. At the same time, we started looking in La Jolla for homes, walking distance from my business. In less than one week, Isaac found a home located in a beautiful street in downtown La Jolla with a panoramic ocean view. I loved the home and instructed Isaac to put an offer. Almost simultaneously, we received an offer for my town home that I accepted. The offer for the home in La Jolla was also accepted and we moved from one house to the other. After a while,  with home values appreciating rapidly, we decided to sell the home in La Jolla because after living there for a while I felt it was too small. I asked Isaac to look for a property, hopefully a duplex closer to the beach. After a few weeks, Isaac called me to see if I could see two units that he found that had been developed as two condominiums with gorgeous ocean views and only a few steps to the beach. I instructed Isaac to put an offer on the two units contingent on the sale of my home in La Jolla. The seller of the two units accepted the offer with the contingency. After only one month in the market my home in La Jolla sold and we were able to close escrow on the two units. I rented out the front unit and moved into the larger back unit. After a while, I decided that I did not want to be a landlord and asked Isaac to sell the front unit. We got a very good offer almost instantly that I accepted and sold and closed on the front unit in less than one month. In spite of the beautiful view and the proximity to the ocean I got tired of walking to my business every day so I asked Isaac to be on the look-out for a condominium closer to my business. Isaac found a beautiful, almost new condominium with only 3 units in the building.  I bought the condominium in the middle of the building and asked Isaac to sell the fabulous unit at the beach. At that time, Real Estate was hot so we got two offers on the condominium at the ocean. I accepted one of the offers that gave me pretty good profits. The newer condominium that I bought was only half a block from my business.

Finally, because my daughter Manijeh moved to Los Angeles, I decided to move also to be closer to her. I instructed Isaac to sell the condominium, to sell my business and look for something in West Hollywood. Isaac put my condominium in La Jolla for sale and advised me to buy my daughters' home in West Hollywood since my daughter had found something she liked in Beverly Hills. Isaac handled all the paper work on the sale of my daugher's home to me at a reduced commission.

After a year I can say that my business in Los Angeles is growing very fast and I love my home in West Hollywood.
